This was a challenging project. The customer's native artwork was not split into separations, and was rather low in resolution, even for screen printing. Additionally, the employer's press capabilities were limited for simulated process jobs, forcing me to constrain the separations to no more than 6 screens. These circumstances required a creative approach to achieve a decent print worthy production file that, in the end, not only kept the customer happy, but managed to capture a reasonable threshold of the original image's detail and color.
